02 — Strategy Session 1: Deep Diagnostic (2 hrs)
We pressure-test your business model, ICP, positioning, channels, funnel, and revenue mechanics. The goal is to isolate what’s working, what’s stalling, and what must change to hit your revenue goals.
03 — Strategic Synthesis + Blueprint Build
We translate the diagnostic into a complete go-to-market architecture: positioning and messaging direction, channel priorities, funnel structure, growth experiments, and a 90-day execution plan.
04 — Growth Architecture Blueprint
A 20+ page strategic document with your GTM architecture, funnel diagrams, KPI framework, priorities, and roadmap, built to hand right over to your team.
05 — Strategy Session 2: Review (2 hrs)
We walk through the Blueprint together, pressure-test assumptions, answer questions, and lock the 90-day roadmap so your team can execute immediately.
